Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a powerful space to connect with others who are working through similar challenges. With up to 10 participants and a licensed therapist, each group provides support, perspective, and growth in a structured, yet open environment.
Getting Started
- The process begins with a free initial consultation to answer questions and determine whether group therapy is an appropriate fit.
- Those interested in joining then complete a one-on-one 50-minute session with the therapist. This session helps assess group fit, review informed consent, and provide a clear understanding of what to expect.
Joining a Group
- Once the initial individual session is complete, participants may begin group therapy either that same week or the following week, depending on availability.
What to Expect
- Group sessions are about 50 minutes in length.
- Topics focus on a wide range of issues that men commonly face.
- Groups are open-ended, meaning new members may join at any time until the group reaches capacity.
- If a participant chooses to join a group, regular attendance is expected to support group cohesion and trust.
Good to Know
- Individual therapy is not required to participate in group therapy.
- There is no limit to the number of group sessions participants may attend.
- All groups are currently offered online only.
- As of right now, group therapy services are only offered for adults.
